The Sunroom
For large groups and private events
Our Sunroom room can accommodate up to 36 people comfortably.
For parties up to 20, we can set up a long table. For larger parties, we recommend tables of 6 to 8. For larger parties than 36, we can accommodate in the dinning room, bar or patio.
What you get:
1. Dedicated server and busser.
2. Curtains for privacy.
3. Shades between the main dining room and street side.
4. Dedicated exit door.
5. Up to 3 hours of room use. Additional time will incur a fee of $75 per hour.
6. Access to one TV for private slideshow.
7. 3 TVs with, or without, sound.
8. Early arrival for decorations is considered but only if there are no guests in the room prior to your event.
In order to better serve you;
- We recommend limiting your choices to 3 to 5 items. We will connect before your event to discuss your menu needs.
- We do not do split checks
Fees:
- Room fee of $150 plus 18%-20% gratuity. .
- Requires a $200 deposit to hold your date; first come, first served. The deposit is applied towards the entire tab. The deposit is refundable up to 1 week before the event.
- Additional time without notice will incur a fee of $125.
Restrictions and policies:
- No split checks.
- No outside food or drinks.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at any moment, including but not limited to refusing to serve alcohol.
- Guest may order drinks at the bar, however the tab must be closed out at the time of purchasing the drink.
- $15 outside dessert fee, includes but not limited to cake, cookies and cupcakes.
- Room fee and gratuity is non-negotiable, by booking with us you accept these terms and policies.
