A bright and colorful expression of highland agave. It’s fresh on the nose and yet profound with a beautiful elegance. There is harmony between a wide spectrum of aromas that only mature hillside agave offers; a myriad of delicate fruit notes is balanced by a light herbaceousness and a butterscotch oiliness. 

Unaged and bottled immediately after distillation to capture the essence of our highland blue weber agave. The minerality of our soil and water shines through in this traditional, agave-forward tequila. 

Aromatic, elegant and complex, with unfolding notes of cantaloupe, honey and cinnamon. An outstanding, generous and round finish.  

A subtle rested tequila distilled by Melly Barajas and her staff of women at her small distillery in Valle De Guadalupe, Jalisco 

 Aged up to 6 months in a blend of American white oak, French oak, and French acacia casks presenting a more mature and fuller expression with a long finish on the palate. 

A unique tequila with an intense personality comes to life in strong flavors of cooked agave enhanced with light woody notes. 

 Aged 18 months in American oak with soft vanilla aromas followed by dried fruit, oak, and orange on the palate. 

Aged for 20+ months in new American White Oak barrels. 

Made with slowly roasted, organic agaves grown in the Tequila Valley, and rested for 18 months in repurposed Kentucky Bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey barrels. 

 Aromas of citrus, and rich cooked agave fill your nose in this unique and very special blanco tequila. Also present: butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and a deep inviting vegetal complexity.

Aged at least 18 months in American Oak barrels previously used for Bourbon. Made exclusively from a 50/50 mixture of collected rainwater and spring water
